Seeds (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (S.R. No. 295 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Seeds (Registration, Licensing and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, the Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations, the Vegetable Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, Vegetable Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and the Beet Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 so as to make adjustment to EU legislation as regards to definition of member countries and "equivalent third countries" and to ensure that seed certified by the Department can be marketed in Northern Ireland.
