Abstract
These Regulations amend the Vegetable Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 in respect of the definition of " tomato" (thus implementing Commission Implementing Directive 2013/45/EU) and Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 to provide for the application for approval the increase to maximum weight of a seed lot of grasses set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of column 1 of Schedule 7 of those Regulation (thus implementing Commission Implementing Directive 2012/37/EU).
