Abstract
This Order restricts the number of specified species of shellfish that an unlicensed fishing boat can take per day from the Scottish zone. The Order: defines the terms day and unlicensed fishing boat ; provides for a daily take limit of one lobster; provides for a daily take limit of ten Norway lobsters; provides for a daily take limit of five of any (or any combination of) specified species of crabs; provides for a daily take limit of six of any (or any combination of) king scallops or queen scallops. It is an offence under section 5(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 to use a fishing boat in contravention of a restriction imposed by this Order.
