Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Guernsey) Order 2014 (S.I. No. 1105 of 2014).

This Order declares that the sections 1 and 4(1) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order. Those sections principally concern the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured.
