Tuberculosis Control (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 314 of 2012).

This Order amends the Tuberculosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 by providing that the amount of compensation payable by the Department in respect of any animal slaughtered or caused to be slaughtered by the Department under that Order shall be reduced by any amount payable as compensation for the loss of that animal under a contract of insurance.
