Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 in regulation 1 and regulation 11A so as to substitute conditions of site licences for the storage and treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“WEEE”) together with exemptions from the permit requirements of Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste electrical and electronic equipment.
