Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. No. 301 of 2015).

These Regulations amend regulations 3 to 5 of and Schedule 1 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and prescribe the accepted technical competencies for the purpose of determining if a person can be deemed a fit and proper person to hold a waste management licence. They introduces the requirement for existing operators to obtain up-to-date certification within 24 months of the operational date of these Regulations and also introduce a requirement for operators to renew their certification every 24 months.
