Abstract
This Order provides for the dissolution of the office of the Water Industry Commissioner for Scotland. The functions of the Commissioner are now carried out by the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, a body corporate established under section 1 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 3).
