Welfare of Animals (Transport) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. No. 32 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Welfare of Animals (Transport) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 by: inserting a definition of “animal” and “inspector”; by inserting a reference to Part II of Schedule 1 to the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981; inserting a a new provision that prescribes that a person who fails to comply with a notice served under regulation 24(2) or, (6) is guilty of an offence; inserting a new provision declaring failure to comply with regulation 27(1) an offence; and repealing regulation 29.
