Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1997 (S.I. No. 857 of 1997).

These Regulations amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 which provide for a scheme for the distribution of welfare food. Regulation 2 corrects an inadvertent omission from regulation 6(1) by requiring applications for payments under that regulation to be in writing. Regulation 3 amends regulation 7 of the principal regulations so as to increase the price of milk which may be purchased at a reduced price. (3 regulations)
