Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (S.I. No. 723 of 2004).

These Regulations further amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 in relation to entitlements to free milk, for a child under the age of one year the entitlement to free dried milk or milk), entitlement to free vitamins, purchase of dried milk at a reduced price, special reimbursements pursuant to regulation 17(2) and free milk and vitamins for personal consumption by an expectant mother.
