Compulsory Standards Order (No. 27 of 2021).

This Order declares (i) GDS 1: Part 1: 2021 – Labelling of Goods – General Requirements (revision 1) and (ii) GDS 1: Part 2: 2021 – Labelling of Goods – Specific Requirements for Pre-packaged Goods (revision 1) as compulsory standards for the purposes of protecting consumers or users against danger to health and safety, and preventing fraud or deception arising from misleading advertising or labelling.
