Grenada Tourism Authority (Tourist Accommodation and Tourism Enterprise) Regulations (SRO. 15 of 2016).

These Regulations lay down rules for the licensing procedures for tourist accommodation or tourism enterprise; standard requirements for tourist accommodations and tourism enterprises; appointment of inspections officers and inspections; and compliance with standards.
The standard requirements are provided in Schedule V and Schedule VI, including but not limited to: a high degree of general safety and cleanliness in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Health Unit of the Ministry of Health; sound environmental practices on garbage reduction, re-use and recycling; food safety requirements and hygienic requirements for food preparation; obligation of food handlers to take necessary measures to avoid cases of food poisoning; and environmental sustainability requirements, such as soil conservation measures, drinking water supply of a safe and sanitary quality, water conservation measures, energy-saving practices, protection of site vegetation and encouraging replanting, prevention of hunting and killing of site animals, marine conservation, and protection of heritage site.
