Water Supply (Amendment) Law, 1981 (No. 45 of 1981).

Sections 22, 23, and 24 of the Principal Act are repealed and replaced by new sections 22, 23, and 24 of this Law. These sections provide for the assessment by the Central Water Commission of general water rates on the basis of a list of annual rents of all tenements which shall be assessed, and the possibility of objection by owners against such assessment with the Commission and appeal with the Magistrate of the Magisterial District. The Schedule contains a form of a notice delivered under section 22 (2)(b).
