Water Supply (Amendment) Law 1982 (People's Law No. 3 of 1982).

The Water supply Act 1969 (as amended) is amended in section 19 by inserting the following subsection after subsection [3]:- "(4) Notwithstanding section 21 of this Law where the assessed annual rental of a tenement does not exceed $ 120.00 the minimum annual charge shall be - (a) $24.00 if there is no private water connection, or; (b) $42.00 if there is a private water connection." The Water Supply Amendment Law 1981 is amended in the long title and the short title by deleting the figures "1960" and in each case substituting the figures "1969". (3 sections)
