Abstract
This Plan establishes a framework for the management of ambient air quality in a defined zone for the period 2025-2027, setting out measures to address exceedances of pollutant concentration levels and organising air quality management within the territory and its municipalities. It includes a situation analysis of the zone based on monitoring data and emissions information, describing pollutant levels and identifying sources of air pollution within the area. The document then defines objectives and tasks linked to the identified problems and sets out corresponding measures to be implemented over the duration of the Plan.
The Plan further establishes an Action Plan covering a three-year period, specifying activities, responsible authorities, timeframes and indicators, and provides for coordination between competent institutions. It also sets out arrangements for monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation of the Plan, and includes annexes detailing the activities, indicators and implementation framework.
