The Joint Order regulates air during extraction of minerals, conducting explosions, and disposal and use of earthfill. It consists of 12 articles: Legislative basis (1); Scope of regulation (2); Legislative regime (3); Purpose and objective (4); Definition of main terms (5); Terms (6); Rights of individuals and legal entities (7); Obligations of individuals and legal entities (8); Mitigation and prevention of emission of harmful substances (9); Risk assessment and mitigation of emission of harmful substances (10); Liability (11); and Amendment and additions to the Joint Order (12). The purpose of the document is to protect atmospheric air.
