Abstract
This Law determines the general legal, organisational and economic principles for conducting public procurement. The purpose of this Law is to ensure rational spending of monetary funds designated for public procurement; promote effective competition in the area of production of goods, performance of services and construction works necessary for the State; ensure a fair and non-discriminatory approach to participants of a procurement when performing public procurement; ensure publicity of public procurement; and create a Unified Electronic System of Public Procurement and build public confidence in the System.
