Resolution No. 787 of 2020 of Georgian Government on Special Rules for Purchasing Goods and Services by United Water Supply Company of Georgia LLC

This Resolution approves the special rules for purchasing goods and services by United Water Supply Company of Georgia LLC. It consists of 14 articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Rights and duties of a procurer (3); Means for a procurement (4); Commission (5); Staff of the Commission (6); Application for conducting a procurement in electronic format (7); Drafting documents and correcting documents (8); Presenting proposals (9); Requirements imposed on applicants and procedure for description of procurement objects (10); Selection/Evaluation (11); Disqualification (12); Procedure for presenting a guaranty within a procurement in electronic format (13); Entering into an agreement and uploading it into the system after completing a procurement in electronic format (14). The Resolution also approves Annex – List of goods and services that can be procured according to this Resolution by United Water Supply Company of Georgia LLC.
