Order No. 1-1/221 of 2022 of Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia on Rules for Sending Notification to the Secretariat of the Energy Community about Alternative Measures from the Policy of Energy Efficiency National Action Plan

This Order approves the rules for sending notification to the secretariat of the Energy Community about alternative measures from the policy of energy efficiency national action plan. The notification must contain information and methodology about the satisfaction of energy efficiency targets and criteria. All interested parties must be allowed to participate in preparing the notification (4 sections).
