Order No. 1-1/54 of 2023 of Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia on Agreements, Payment Procedure and Rights and Obligations of the Parties related to Energy Properties of Buildings in Possession of Administrative Bodies

This Order approves the agreements, the payment procedure and the rights and obligations of the parties related to energy properties. The Order defines the agreement about energy properties as an agreement between the recipient and provider of energy efficiency measures.
