Order No. 1 of 2018 of Chairman of National Agency of Mineral Resources of Georgia on Form for Law Infraction Protocol, and Rules for Storing, Using and Inventorying them

This Order adopts the form for a law infraction protocol of the National Agency of Minerals, and the rules for storing, using and inventorying the same protocol. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Inventorying/storing protocol forms and giving them to an authorized person (2); Inventory log of law infraction protocols (3); Filling out the forms (4); and Writing off a form that is not suitable for use (5). The Order also approves Annex 2 Law Infraction Protocol of the National Agency of Minerals; Annex 3 Inventory Log of Law Infraction Protocols; and Annex 4 Form for Writing off a Law Infraction Protocol.
