Resolution No. 84 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Rules for State Control when Complying with Terms of License of Extraction of Minerals and License of Use of Minerals

This Resolution provides rules for state control when complying with terms of license of extraction of minerals and license of use of minerals. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Assessment of an object subjection to regulation, inspection and verifying its activities (2); Regulation of inspections (3); and Undertaking inspection of an object subjection to regulation (4); and Actions to be taken at the conclusion of an inspection (5). For the purposes of the Resolution, groundwater is included in the definition of minerals.
