Order No. 103 of 2011 of Minister of Finance and Economy of Adjara on Rules for Conducting Electronic Auction when Disposing of and Granting Use Rights on Property of Adjara

The Order regulates conducting electronic auction when disposing of and granting use rights on property of Adjara. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Organization of electronic auction (2); Terms for participation in electronic auction (3); Rules for conducting electronic auctions (4); Rules for entering into agreements (5); Rights and obligations of parties (6); Payment (7); and Dispute resolution (8).
