Order No. 114 of 2011 of Minister of Finance and Economy of Adjara on Purchase-Sale Agreement Forms between Seller and Purchaser when Privatizing Property of Adjara

This Order adopts the purchase-sale agreement forms that are to be entered into between a seller and a purchaser when privatizing the property of Adjara. More specifically, it adopts a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing immovable property through an auction imposing terms (Annex No. 1); a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing movable property through an auction imposing terms (Annex No. 2); a list of documents that need to be presented by the purchaser when privatizing immovable and movable property through an auction imposing terms (Annex No. 3); a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing immovable property through an auction imposing no terms (Annex No. 4); a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing movable property through an auction imposing no terms (Annex No. 5); a list of documents that need to be presented by the purchaser when privatizing immovable and movable property through an auction imposing no terms (Annex No. 6); a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing company shares through an auction imposing terms (Annex No. 7); a form of purchase-sale agreement when privatizing company shares through an auction imposing no terms (Annex No. 8); a list of documents that need to be presented by the purchaser when privatizing company shares through an auction imposing terms and an auction imposing no terms (Annex No. 9).
