Order No 13 of 2016 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Instruction for Recreational Fishing

The Order regulates fishing for recreation. It provides additional rules for fishing that are not provided in other legislative acts of Georgia. Specifically, it provides that fishing rods must have only sport and rust-proof hooks; only artificial bait can be used; fish may be removed from hook with special pincers; the person must be in water during fishing, captured fish must be returned to the nature immediately; etc.
