Order No. 163 of 2011 of Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia on Drafting and Approving Management Plans for Inland Reservoirs and Fish Farms

This Order provides for drafting and approving management plans for internal reservoirs and fish farms. It consists of three articles: General provisions (1); Contents of the management plan (2); and Procedure for approving the plan (3). The plans are developed by the holder of fishing license. The purpose of the plans is to protect the fish stock, production, sustainable use and planning the measures for the improvement of their living environment.
