Abstract
The Resolution regulates licensing of fishing. It consists of 10 articles: Purpose (1); Agency issuing the license (2); Rules for issuing fishing license (3); Rules and terms for participation in the auction (4); Refusal to participate in the auction (5); Initial bidding price (6); Validity period of the license (7); License terms (7-1); Revocation of license (7-2); and Other provisions (7-4). The National Environmental Agency is authorized to issue the fishing licenses.
