Order No. 182 of 2010 of Minister of Finance and Economy of Adjara on Charter for Disposition of Property of Adjara though Public Auction

This Order regulates disposition of property of Adjara though public auctions. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Organization of a public auction (2); Third party (representative, broker) in a public auction (3); Terms for participating in a public auction (4); Rules for conducting a public auction (5); Rules for entering into agreements (6); Liability of a buyer of property in case of a public auction announced without any terms (7); Liability of a buyer of property in case of a public auction (8); and Invalidation of transactions (9).
