This Order provides for the national catalog of agricultural varieties permitted for distribution in Georgia and rules for maintaining this national catalog. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Structure of the national catalog (3); Rules for maintaining the national catalog (4); and Agency responsible for maintaining the national catalog (5). The national catalog contains information on varieties permitted for distribution, varieties registered in catalogs of other countries, and local (aboriginal) varieties.
