This Order approves the general rules for the production of wine-like drinks and the list of permitted processes, materials and substances. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Terms (2); General rules for the production of wine-like drinks (3); Conformity control (4); and List of permitted processes, materials and substances (5).
