Abstract
This Law regulates vines and wine. Its objectives are to support the development of viticulture and wine-making as a priority sector of the country's economy, and the production and marketing of competitive grapes, wines and other alcoholic beverages of grape origin, and the protection of the consumer market from falsified and poor-quality products. This Law applies to natural and legal persons, whose economic activities include the production, marketing, storage, transportation, export and import of commodity products in the field of viticulture and wine-making, including products of grape origin.
