Order No. 2-173 of 2023 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Charter of Food Policy Department of Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture

This Order approves the charter of the Food Policy Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Functions and objectives of the department (2); Management of the department (3); Department structure (4); Competencies of divisions (5); and Management of divisions (6). The department comprises of the following divisions: food safety division, and food industry and trade promotion division.
