Order No. 2-174 of 2023 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Charter of Agricultural and Rural Development Department of Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture

This Order approves the charter of the Agricultural and Rural Development Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Functions and objectives of the department (2); Management of the department (3); Department structure (4); Competencies of divisions (5); and Management of divisions (6). The department comprises of the following divisions: plant cultivation development division, animal husbandry development division, and agricultural cooperatives and rural development division.
