Order No. 2 of 2018 of Chairman of National Agency of Mineral Resources of Georgia on Rules for Conducting Auction, Setting Initial Price and Payment for Issuing License of Extraction of Minerals

This Order adopts the rules for conducting an auction, setting the initial price and payments made for issuing a license for extraction of minerals. The Order consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Organizational measures for conducting an auction and setting the initial price of a license (2); Procedure for conducting an auction (3); and Rules and terms for conducting an electronic auction (4). For the purposes of this Order, minerals are broadly defined as anything found in subsoil, including groundwater.
