Abstract
The Law governs organised activities or actions that concern an undefined group of people, represent a major hazard to human life or health, involve state or public interests of special importance, or are related to the use of state resources. This Law may also apply to unorganised activities or actions if so provided for by law. The Law also regulates areas governed by licences and permits, defines a comprehensive list of the types of licences and permits, and lays down the procedures for issuing, changing, and repealing licences and permits.
