This Order approves the charter of the National Agency of Wildlife of Georgia. It consists of 10 articles: General provisions (1); Goal of the agency (2); Functions and objectives of the agency (3); Management and representation of the agency (4); Structure of the agency and functions of its structural units (5); State control of the agency (6); Property and financing of the agency (7); Accounting at the agency (8); Reorganization and liquidation of the agency (9); and Amendments and/or additions to this charter (10).
