Abstract
The Order regulates fishing for scientific and research purposes. It consists of five articles: Scope of application (1); Authorization for fishing for scientific and research purposes (2); Compliance with the legislation during the fishing (3); Grounds to denial of a permit for the fishing (4); and Log of fishing for scientific and research purposes (5). The Ministry of Environment’s Natural Resources Agency issues authorizations for this purpose.
