Abstract
The Order regulates considering and approving waste management plans by companies. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Scope of regulation (2); Content of the plan (3); and Considering and approving the plan (4). According to the Order, the plan must comply with the National Strategy and Action Plan for Waste Management of Georgia.
