Order No. 2/34 of 2015 of General Director of National Agency of Cultural Heritage Protection of Georgia on Granting Status of Monument of Intangible Cultural Heritage

This Order grants the status of a "Monument of Intangible Cultural Heritage", among others, to multiple dishes of the local cuisine of the Svaneti region of Georgia. Specifically, it grants the status to the traditional preparation method of the following dishes and condiments: Petviani Khachapuri, Kubdari, Svanetian Salt and Tashmjabi.
