Abstract
The Order provides sanitary rules for foodstuffs. It consists of 16 chapters: Scope of application (I); Normative basis (II); Terms and definitions (III); General provisions (IV); Hygiene requirements imposed on the quality of food materials and food products (V); Hygiene requirements imposed on the quality of food materials and food products (VI); Hygiene assessment of nutritional value of food materials and food products (VII); Hygiene requirements imposed on the quality and safety of children’s food (VIII); List of requirements for determining quality and safety indicators for food materials and food products (IX); Maximum residue limits of veterinary drugs recommended by the joint committee of FAO/WHO (X); Methodology for calculating and assessing permitted activity of strontium-90 and cesium-137 (XI); Quality and safety indicators for fish, cancer, moluscs, amphibians, reptiles and their processed products (XII); Main requirements on nutritional value of food (XIII); Main types of children’s food (XIV); Microbiological indicators of children’s health food and their components (XV); and List of food additives which are prohibited in food production (XVI).
