Abstract
The Resolution regulates hygiene standards for unpackaged products. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); General requirements for planning and organizing for points of retail trade of food (3); Requirements imposed on sewerage and water supply system (4); Hygiene requirements imposed on supply and sale of unpackaged food (5); Medical assessment and requirements imposed on hygiene of the staff members (6); and Monitoring, supervision and control (7). As its annexes, the Resolution also adopts rules for washing equipment; washing milk containers; washing isothermal containers; washing automatic vending machines of milk, coffee with milk, cocoa and other beverages; and sanitary regime for trade points of food.
