Resolution No. 112 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Rules for Registration, Authorization of Production and Control of Veterinary Medicinal Products

This Resolution approves the rules for registration, authorization of production and control of veterinary medicinal products. It consists of four chapters: General provisions and definitions (I); Registration (II); Requirements on registration of homeopathic veterinary drugs (III); Registration procedure (IV); Production and import (V); Labelling and annotation (VI); Possession, distribution and dispensing veterinary drugs (VII); Pharmacovigilance (VIII); State control and liability (IX); and General provisions (X). The document also includes Annex No. 1 Chemical, pharmaceutical and analytical standards of veterinary drug testing, tests for safety and trace, pre-clinical and clinical trials.
