Abstract
The Resolution regulates transportation of waste. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Scope of application (2); Definition of terms (3); Transportation of waste (4); Obligations of waste transporter (5); Driver of vehicle transporting hazardous waste (6); Containers for transporting waste (7); Competent agencies (8); and Liability (9). The Resolution applies to transportation of waste within or through Georgia. It however does not apply to municipal waste and vehicles not covered by Rules for Transporting Cargo by Vehicles.
