Abstract
The Resolution regulates collection, transportation, primary processing and temporary storage registration of waste. It consists of 14 articles: Purpose (1); Scope of application (2); Definition of terms (3); General requirements imposed on registration (4); Registration of collection and transportation of waste (5); Registration of temporary storage of waste (6); Registration of primary processing of non-hazardous waste (7); Registration of facilities reloading waste (8); Decision by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources on registration (9); Appellation of the decision (10); New Registration, amending a registration (11); Revocation of registration (12); Control (13); and Liability (14). The Resolution also adopts the forms and instruction for the registrations.

The entry into force of the Resolution is suspended until 1 January 2018.
