This Resolution approves the technical regulation on lead in varnishes. It consists of eight articles: Scope and general provisions (1); Definitions (2); Maximum amounts of lead and general terms of use (3); Producer obligations (4); Importer obligations (5); Distributor obligations (6); Procedure of the market monitoring (7); and Measures to be undertaken after identified varnishes that violate this technical regulation (8).
