Resolution No 17 of 2014 of Georgian Government on Technical Regulations on Environmental Protection

The Resolution adopts several environmental regulations. Namely, they include: Technical regulation on flowing waters from industrial and non-industrial objects into surface water objects (Annex 1); Technical regulation on obtaining water from surface water objects (Annex 2); Technical regulation on activities that pollute atmospheric air with hazardous substances (Annex 3); Form for technical regulation on obtaining water from surface water objects (Annex 4); and Technical regulation on procedures for ballast water management in Georgia (Annex 5).
