Abstract
The Resolution regulates permit issuance for transporting species included in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (the Convention). It consists of 17 articles: Purpose (1); Agency issuing the permit (2); Grounds to issuing the permit (3); Documents that need to be submitted for the permit (4); Special rules for issuing the permit (5); Registration of business organizations producing caviar (5-1); Rules for issuing the permit (6); Validity period for the period (7); Grounds to denial of issuance of the permit (8); Rights and duties of the agency issuing the permit (9); Obligations of permit holder (9-1); Obligations of business organization that produce caviar and are registered with the secretariat of the Convention (9-2); The form of the permit certificate (10); Loss or damage of permit certificate (11); Revocation and amendment of the permit (12); The permit fee (13); and Compliance control of the permit terms (14). The Resolution also includes the form of the permit as its annex. According to the document, issues that are not regulated under this Resolution are regulated under the Convention.
