Abstract
The Resolution regulates air filter devices. It consists of 12 articles: Scope of regulation (1); Purpose and objective (2); Definition of main terms (3); General rules for use of air filter devices (4); Air filter device (5); Requirements imposed on use of dry mechanical air filter (6); Requirements imposed on use of wet mechanical air filter (7); Requirements imposed on use of industrial air filter (8); Requirements imposed on use of electrostatic air filter (9); Requirements imposed on use of chemical air filter for gas mixtures (10); Requirements imposed on use of thermal and thermal catalytic air filter for gas mixtures (11); and Liability (12). The Resolution also adopts rules for assessment of effectiveness of performance of air filter devices. The objective of the Resolution is to ensure effective functioning of air filters at stationary sources of air pollution.
