Resolution No. 261 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Main Principles of Territorial Use and Development Planning

This Resolution approves the main principles of territorial use and development planning. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Construction territory (II); Territories and protection zones of areas without development (non-construction) (III); Social/engineering/transport infrastructure territories (IV); Development parameters (V); and Placing buildings on plots of land (VI).
